Warranty and Replacements (RMA)

Having problems with your Acellories? We're here to help!

Acellories are warranted for 1 full year. If your Acellories is within warranty and our team is unable to resolve the issue, we will be happy to provide instructions on how to receive a replacement. Please have a proof purchase available as we may request it in order to verify warranty eligibility.  

Replacement Authorization & Return Instructions

To authorize a replacement, we will request a few details regarding your order and the issue you encountered. Once your replacement request has been authorized, we will send you a replacement RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, details regarding your replacement shipment, and instructions on how to return and exchange your defective product. The RMA# identifies and authorizes a defective product that has been returned to us.

Once you receive your RMA#, please note that it may take up to 1-4 business days for your replacement to ship out.
